What are Loyalty Points?

You save loyalty points with every order placed. You earn 1 point per euro spent, which has a value of € 0.0245. From 250 points you can redeem them with subsequent orders for a nice discount on your purchase.

Points saved cannot be paid in cash and cannot be transferred to other customers.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your purchase until your package has been shipped. You cannot cancel your order after your package has been shipped.

After your order has been canceled, we will transfer the purchase amount to you within one week.

Can I return my order?

You have the right to cancel the purchase after receipt of your order without giving any reason. That is the Buy or Distance law.

We cannot take back opened beers, or beers that are damaged or unsaleable due to you,

Distance Selling Act.

When you order something online, you buy remotely. In that case you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period or you have the right of withdrawal. You have the right to cancel your purchase without reason.

When does my reflection period end?

The 14-day reflection period starts on the day your order is delivered. If you receive your order on, for example, April 1, you have a reflection period until April 15.

Can I open the beers during my reflection period?

No, you cannot open the beers. When you have opened a beer you are stuck with the purchase of the beer in question.

When do I have to return my purchase?

You have 14 days to return your purchase. Those days start on the day after you cancel the contract. So not on the day after you received the product!

How do I return my purchase?

You can use the shipping box with which you received your order.

Who pays for the return shipping costs?

The shipping costs and the risk of damage or loss lie with you as the buyer.

What amount should the seller refund me?

The seller must refund you the purchase amount and the delivery costs. Delivery costs are the costs that you have paid to have the product delivered to your home. Are you returning part of your order? Then the seller does not have to refund the delivery costs.

How do I get my money back?

Do you (partially) cancel your order? Then let us know within the cooling-off period that you want to cancel the purchase. You can inform us about this by:
